training? United provides a wide
range of opportunities and trainings
that fit my interests and are fun
to do. The training I am provided directly relates to my job and helps me
excel in what I do on a daily basis.
What kind of “aha” moments have
you experienced in your training?
I would say there are a lot of
little moments where I say, “Oh,
so that’s how that works!” where
everything kind of clicks and falls
What kind of training do you pre-
fer? Peer to peer, because talking
with others provides the opportunity
to ask good-quality questions.
What is your next career goal? I am
currently working my way into out-
side sales and would like to work my
way up to a management position.
